Members are able to holiday in their own property, but have the added benefit of being able to exchange into other Private Residencies owned by the company. Fractional Ownership in a MagicBreakaways resort is an affordable lifestyle offering giving the investor a cost effective investment in a luxury resort destination.

Registry or RCI affiliation also enables owners to benefit from quality exchanges both locally and internationally in any one of these internationally acclaimed exchange operations.

Investors have two options by either acquiring a syndication interest directly in a home certain of the resort properties and or alternatively acquiring a luxury fractional ownership interest in Legacy Private Residencies.

Legacy Private Residencies acquires luxury homes at selected resorts in prime locations and offers its members the opportunity to acquire a direct fractional share in these homes. Investors become members of Legacy Private Residencies by acquiring a fractional ownership interest in a property of their choice. Ownership of a fractional home in Legacy Private Residencies is shared amongst 12 owners each owner having 4 weeks


Members are able to holiday in their own property, but have the added benefit of being able to exchange into other Private Residencies owned by the company.

Syndication directly in a home at a MagicBreakaways resorts, is based on the ownership of a chalet being shared between 13 owners. Each syndication owner has the right of use of the holiday home for 4 weeks per year. The weeks allocated to each owner are spread through the year to provide at least two high-season weeks plus two mid-season weeks. Each year calendar rotates so that in a 13-year period each four-week combination has been made available to every owner.

Syndication offers the most cost-effective leisure property investment purchase together with the advantages of the capital growth of a specific chalet - without the substantial capital investment of whole ownership.
